LIMEN is a residency for artists, writers, and researchers who work at the edge of what can be said about the more-than-human world — stone, lichen, wind, insect, root. Held inside Casa M, an old house in the village of Siddi, it offers time, quiet, and proximity to a landscape that has been shaping itself for longer than anyone has been watching.

Each residency is small by design. Few residents, few weeks, few distractions — so that attention can go where it is needed: into the work, and into the place that is making it possible.

What the residency offers

Time

Unstructured weeks with no public programme to perform for — only the work, the house, and the land around it.

Company

A small, rotating circle of mentors and fellow residents, available for conversation but never in the way of solitude.

Ground

Direct access to the fields, stone paths, and quiet interiors of Siddi — a village that has kept its own pace.

Nothing extra

No lectures to attend, no outcomes to justify. What is made here is allowed to stay unfinished, or to not be made at all.
